Parts of North India on Friday continued to experience cold wave conditions, with the temperature dropping to 1.1 degrees Celsius in Delhi – the lowest in 15 years, reported PTI. On January 8, 2006, the Capital had registered a minimum temperature of 0.2 degrees Celsius.The India Meteorological Department said the minimum temperature registered in January last year was 2.4 degrees Celsius.
