Dispur, September 7: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal condoled the death of senior
journalist of Silchar Asim Dutta who breathed his last on Monday morning.
In a condolence message, the Chief Minister said that late Dutta made significant
contribution in the field of journalism and his death was an irreparable loss to the society.
He also conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the
deceased.
Chief Ministers Media Advisor Hrishikesh Goswami also mourned the death of
journalist Asim Dutta and offered his sympathy to the bereaved family.
