UP: Muslim BJP leader threatened for installing Lord Ganesha idol in Aligarh #IndiaNEWS #National
Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 05 (ANI): BJP leader Ruby Asif Khan received several threats for installing Lord Ganesha idol at her residence in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. A fatwa was also issued against the BJP leader over the same. The BJP leader on September 04 expressed her will to immerse the idol with due diligence despite the threats. “I established the idol of Lord Ganesha in my house for 7 days and will immerse it with due diligence. Even after the foundation stone of the Ram Temple was laid, I had worshipped in my house after which a fatwa was issued against me,??? the BJP leader said.
