Realme is hosting its launch event for its hyped Realme GT 5G in China at 2 PM CST Asia. The host of the event has made his entrance in an eye-catching yellow Bentley. This appears to be a carefully curated choice to indicate and match the launch of the yellow-backed Realme GT 5G smartphone.

The launch event is a live stream. It had been mentioned before that the smartphone will be offered in leather back and a glass black variant; however, a yellow variant of the same has also surfaced recently. There is likely to be multiple RAM and storage configurations.

The Realme GT will be the first phone announced as part of the company’s dual flagship strategy. Although the launch is only moments away, here is what we know so far about the smartphone: the smartphone will come with a refresh rate of 120Hz, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and under the hood, it will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. As per reports, the smartphone will also have an excellent cooling technology that can reduce the temperature up to 15 degrees. Moreover, the smartphone will come with a triple rear camera setup.

The Realme GT 5G is likely to come with a variant of 12GB of RAM that will run on Android 11. Other sources have also mentioned that the smartphone will feature a 6.8-inches of OLED display with an aspect ratio of 20:9, and will support 125W fast charging.

The yellow Bentley has already confirmed the yellow-colored variant of the smartphone; additionally, more details about the same will be provided at the live event. The correct specification of the smartphone will be discussed and announced at the event shortly. Realme will also announce the launch date, availability, and pricing of the smartphone at the same event.
